Cucumber Mint Vojito is Ketel One Botanical Cucumber and Mint, Lime Juice, and Pure Cane Sugar topped with Soda Water.It is one of the two dozen or so drinks on Disney's Standard Drink Menu.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Ketel One Botanical Cucumber & Mint Vodka
- ¼ oz Fresh lime juice
- ¼ tsp Monin Pure Cane Syrup
- 2 Cucumber slices
- 4-5 Fresh mint leaves
- Club soda or sparkling water
Instructions
- Place mint leaves* and cucumber slices in a 12 oz Collins glass.
- In a shaker tin, combine the syrup, lime juice and vodka.
- Add ice and shake well.
- Strain over fresh crushed ice in prepared Collins glass.
- Top with Club soda or sparkling water and give it a quick stir.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and fresh mint bouquet.
*Notes*
Give the mint leaves a good slap across the back of your hand before adding to the glass.
