If you find yourself strolling along Disney’s Boardwalk, make a quick stop at Boardwalk Joe’s Marvelous Margaritas. This colorful little margarita stand stands out by specializing in one thing: crafting marvelous margaritas with care and first-rate ingredients.
You’ll find classic lime and fruit-flavored margaritas on the menu, each mixed and poured fresh to order. But you can also customize your drink exactly how you like it – add a splash of sweetness with flavors like watermelon or strawberry. Or keep it simple with a perfect classic lime margarita, shaken with fine tequila and fresh citrus juice.
Boardwalk Joe’s was our 2nd stop of the inaugural Disney Cocktailor Research Trip back in October 2023. We fell into line just after 2:00 on a Monday afternoon to find about a half-dozen guests ahead of us waiting for their libations to be whipped up by Natalie.
Mrs. Cocktailor made a brief retail detour, so my daughter and I ordered the following:
- Marvelous Watermelon Margarita – Patrón Silver Tequila, Watermelon, Lime Juice and Sweet-and-Sour
- Patrón Disney Select Añejo Margarita – Patrón Disney Select Barrel Añejo, Cointreau, and Sweet-and-Sour
The Watermelon Margarita was a bit on the sweet side. But the Añejo Margarita was on point! And while some of the best — if not THE best — margaritas can be found not too far away in the Mexico Pavilion at Epcot, we’ve stopped off at Boardwalk Joe’s on our arrival day on a number of occasions.
Since it’s just a stand, you grab your margarita to go and can sip it while you continue exploring all the shops, restaurants and entertainment along the lively Boardwalk. Talk about magical memories in the making!
So next time you’re craving a delicious margarita to enhance your Disney day, head straight to Boardwalk Joe’s. These marvelous margaritas will have you exclaiming “Oh Boy!” with the first sip. Cheers, amigos!
