The Kentucky Mule is one of the two dozen or so drinks on Disney's Standard Drink Menu.
Ingredients
- 1½ oz Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon
- ½ oz Fresh lime juice
- ⅓ oz Agave nectar
- 6 oz Ginger beer
Instructions
- Fill a copper cup with crushed ice.
- Pour the bourbon, lime juice and agave nectar into the cup.
- Top with the ginger beer.
- Stir with a bar spoon.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
