The Rum Swizzle is one of the two dozen or so drinks on Disney's Standard Drink Menu.
Equipment
- Hurricane glass
Ingredients
The Disney Way
- 1½ oz Mount Gay Eclipse Rum
- 1 oz Mango juice
- ½ oz Guava juice
- ½ oz Simple syrup
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 Pineapple wedge
Instructions
- Fill a Hurricane glass ¾ full with crushed ice.
- Build the cocktail in the glass by adding the rum, mango juice, guava juice, simple syrup and Angostura bitters.
- Swizzle using a bar spoon or bois lélé.
- Top with more crushed ice.
- Garnish with the pineapple wedge.
