The Ultimate Long Island Iced Tea is one of the two dozen or so drinks on Disney's Standard Drink Menu.
Equipment
- Highball glass
Ingredients
- ½ oz Bacardi Superior Rum
- ½ oz Tito's Handmade Vodka
- ½ oz Hendrick's Gin
- ½ oz Cointreau
- 2 oz Sour mix (2:2:1 Simple syrup, lemon juice, lime juice)
- splash Coca-Cola®
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the simple syrup, lemon juice, lime juice, rum, vodka, gin, and Cointreau.
- Shake well and strain into a Highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with a splash of Coca-Cola®.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel.
