The Blue Glow-tini is one of the two dozen or so drinks on Disney's Standard Drink Menu.
Equipment
- Martini glass
Ingredients
- 1½ oz Skyy Infusions Citrus Vodka
- ½ oz Bols Peach Schnapps
- ½ oz Bols Blue Curacao
- 1 oz Sour mix (2:2:1 Simple syrup, lemon juice, lime juice)
- ½ oz Pineapple juice
Instructions
- Fill a martini glass with ice to chill.
- Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with 1 scoop of ice.
- Shake until the shaker is frosty.
- Discard the ice from the martini glass and sugar the rim.
- Place a lit Litecube in the glass.
- Strain the shaker contents into the glass.
