Spicy Poblano Margarita

Spicy Poblano Margarita is one of the two dozen or so drinks on Disney's Standard Drink Menu.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz Patron Tequila
  • ¾ oz Ancho Reyes Verde Liquer
  • 1½ oz Fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz Monin Pure Cane Sugar (or simple syrup)

Instructions

  • Run a lime wedge around the half the rim of a Dizzy cocktail glass. Dip in salt.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the tequila, Ancho Reyes, lime juice and cane sugar syrup.
  • Shake until the shaker is frosty.
  • Strain into the rimmed glass over fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a lime wedge.
