Walk the Plank, aka Eastern Whiskey Sour, is one of the two dozen or so drinks on Disney's Standard Drink Menu.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Crown Royal Northern Harvest Rye Whiskey
  • 2 oz Orange juice
  • 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ oz Orgeat
  • 3 Luxardo Gourmet Maraschino cherries

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with 1½ cups of crushed ice.
  • Pour whiskey, orange juice, lemon juice, and orgeat into the shaker and shake until it feels icy cold.
  • Without straining, pour the contents of the shaker into an old fashioned glass.
  • Garnish with the Luxardo cherries.
